Hooligan Offroad Official Rules

If you are planning on throwing your own Hooligan offroad race or want to invite Hooligans to a race you are hosting we ask you to use this rule set to keep everything the same and not confusing. The Hooligan 100, Biltwell 100, Born Free Canyon Scramble & Mint 400 use these rules.

Hooligan Novice/Expert Class

• Harley Sportster ONLY
  
• Bike must have stock front loop of frame with vin.
  
• No mono shock
  
• No past or present pro card holders in any motorcycle racing.
  
• Must have visible number on front and side of the bike
  
• The bike you sign up with is the bike you race. No changing bikes
  
• No relay teams. One rider per bike

Pro Sportster Class

• Harley Sportster ONLY
  
• Riders in this class must be sixteen(16) years old minimum.
• Bike must have stock front loop of frame with vin.
• Any custom subframe including mono shocks
• Past or present pro card holders are ok
• Must have visible number on front and side of the bike
• The bike you sign up with is the bike you race. No changing bikes
• 1 rider per bike, no teams.
  
• Does not brand the name Hooligan in class
